Question 1

What is CosmoParcel and how does celestial plot registration work?

Accepted Answer

CosmoParcel is an interactive 3D Solar System exploration platform and an official registry for symbolic and honorific planetary plots. When you choose coordinates on the 3D globe, you receive a high-resolution astronomical certificate with an official seal, cryptographic QR code, and signature.

Question 2

Do I have real-estate or physical ownership rights on the acquired planet?

Accepted Answer

No. In strict compliance with Article II of the 1967 United Nations Outer Space Treaty (UNOOSA), celestial bodies cannot be subject to national or private real-estate appropriation. Acquisitions on CosmoParcel are purely symbolic, honorific, and commemorative.

Question 3

How is plot exclusivity and anti-double-booking guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

We use a deterministic spherical grid algorithm and a WAL transactional database with ACID immediate transactions. Once a plot is reserved or purchased, it is atomically locked against double-booking within the CosmoParcel catalog.

Question 4

How is the official astronomical certificate verified?

Accepted Answer

Every certificate contains a unique QR code and a SHA-256 cryptographic verification token. Anyone can scan the QR code or enter the token on our public verification portal to inspect the authentic registry data.

Question 5

Can I transfer or subdivide my plot on the Secondary Marketplace?

Accepted Answer

Yes! CosmoParcel features a pioneering Secondary Marketplace where you can list your plot for other explorers or subdivide it into 4 Cartesian quadrants (1/4 area each) with official certificate re-issuance.

Question 6

How are my personal data and payments protected (GDPR / PCI-DSS)?

Accepted Answer

We are fully compliant with EU GDPR, LGPD, and CCPA. All payments are processed via Stripe with Level 1 PCI-DSS certification. We never store credit card numbers on our servers and provide comprehensive cookie consent controls.
