Protocol & Rules of the Secondary Marketplace

1. Fractional Subdivisions

Owners can divide their celestial plot into 4 smaller, geometrically precise quadrants (NW, NE, SW, SE). Each sub-lot can be sold independently.

2. 100% Value to the Seller

The asking price chosen by the owner is credited entirely to the seller. CosmoParcel adds a transparent platform fee (€2.50) and the issuance of a new official transfer certificate (€15.00).

3. Certified Authenticity

Upon completed transfer, the previous certificate is marked superseded in the registry and a new vector certificate with unique cryptographic hash is issued to the new buyer.
